Aerobic Running

Aerobic running challenges your cardiovascular conditioning where your heart rate and breathing are increased for a sustained period of time. Aerobic is more long distanced running at a slower, steadier pace. Aerobic Running increases stamina while decreasing fatigue which is also key for GAA.

  • PACKAGE CONTENTS

    Each session includes a specific warm up involving movement patterns and running mechanics. It also includes 2 working blocks in each session, each are structured differently although both include high volumes of running which will work on improving stamina and fitness.
