Anaerobic Running
Anaerobic capacity is defined as the amount of extra work you are able to perform in running beyond your aerobic capacity. When you sustain a fast but submaximal speed long enough, your body will reach a point at which it is consuming oxygen at the highest rate it possibly can while running at 80% or more off your top speed. The anaerobic energy system is relied heavily upon in GAA.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Each session includes a specific warm up involving movement patterns and running mechanics. It also includes 2 working blocks in each day that are designed to test your anaerobic capacity and your ability to cover high speed meters with minimal recovery after each.
