Hypertrophy training is designed to improve muscle endurance, build muscle mass, burn fat and build strength. Strength training is specifically designed to increase strength, build muscle and build durability with load bearing activity. The combination of the two in this programme is to help you build size and strength but also prevent soft tissue injury.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
6-week gym block which includes 3 gym sessions per week with sets, reps and load that will vary depending on you. If you print off this programme you can log your weekly loads to track your progression throughout the 6 weeks. Also included is a detailed warm up which works on hip mobility, flexibility, glute and core activation which is crucial for injury prevention.
