Ladies GAA
The ideal ladies gaa programme if you are looking to maximise your playing potential. It is the combination of every single attribute and aspect needed to perform at the top level in GAA. Gym sessions, pitch based speed and conditioning training, injury prevention exercises + more. Included is variety of training days which will really open your eyes to what intercountry GAA training is like. Best suited but not limited to those who have a high base of fitness and gym based strength built up from following previous programmes.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Monday: (am) speed
(pm) Gym Based Strength
Tuesday: Pitch Based Anerobic Running
Wednesday: Rest and Recovery
Thursday (AM): Pitch Based Speed & Agility
Thursday (PM): Gym Based Strength & Power
Friday: Pitch Based Aerobic Running
Saturday/Sunday: Anerobic + Aerobic Running Mix
Optional: Gym Based Strength & Conditioning.
Also included is rehab and robustness exercises such as hip and hamstring mobility and flexibility which can be completed before sessions or on rest and recovery days.
