Speed & Conditioning (Full Week)
Our speed and conditioning programme includes:
- 1 session from both energy systems (Aerobic and Anaerobic)
- 2 speed sessions
- 1 Aerobic and Anaerobic mixed session.
This programme is designed to help you improve every aspect needed to perform at the top level in GAA.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Each session includes specific movement patterns and running mechanics. Each varying in terms of session length, recovery and distance covered. Sessions are designed to test your body’s athletic capacity in different ways but each having the same end goal of improving speed & conditioning to help you reach your athletic potential.
