Speed training or sprinting is the improvement of your speed or explosive bodily potential. Sprinting is the ability to move quickly across the ground in short bursts while trying to hit your maximum velocity. Speed training is a crucial component in GAA as it is not only about being fast but is essential for robustness and preventing injury.

  • PACKAGE CONTENTS

    Package Contents: The Speed Programme include 3 sessions all varying in terms of Linear Speed and Speed & Agility. Each session will include speed mechanics, acceleration/decelerations and top end sprinting which in turn will help you become faster.
