Triphasic Training
Triphasic training is a method of training focusing on the eccentric, isometric, concentric components of movements or muscle contractions. Qualitative, high intensity work is the key to this method. Triphasic training is a tough sequence of training and is to be performed at an elite level and best performed after a strength and hypertrophy block. If this is your first programme we would suggest completing our hypertrophy and strength programme first, followed by this block for maximum results.
Package Includes
This programmes consists of eccentric tempo-based lifting for 2 weeks, followed by isometric tempos for 2 weeks, and then finally concentric tempos for 2 weeks. Loading percentages for tempo-based work is usually 80%+ for the conventional method. If you print off this programme you can log your weekly loads to track your progression throughout the 6 weeks A detailed warm up which works on hip mobility, flexibility and glute and core activation which is crucial for Injury prevention is also included.
